Mission Statement

The mission of the Mississippi Learning Institute (MLI) is to operate a student-centered Prek-20 professional development learning system to improve reading and literacy outcomes in the Jackson Public School District (JPS) and enhance the quality of teacher education in the Jackson
State University (JSU) College of Education and Human Development.
